This cabinet was custom made to house a large, flat screen TV.
The frame is built from reclaimed douglas fir boards that were then finished in clear shellac (a penetrating finish that has a matte/satin look, not glossy).
The ‘frame’ for the television is a lightly silver painted picture molding. The inside is lined with dark stained burlap (which hides the speaker cut-outs, 1 on each side and 1 center bottom).

The TV is not included, though the mount could be if you need one. This TV is 49" wide (52" screen). The inside of the silver frame measures 60" wide x 37" tall.
There is a lower section for media equipment: 19.5" deep x 7.5" tall.

All of this sits on heavy cast iron wheels, so the cabinet can easy be moved around or rotated if necessary.

The front doors are made from the same reclaimed wood, framing antique tin ceiling panels, old paint and rust included. These doors then rotate and fold 270 degrees so that they can sit along the side of your cabinet.

Overall dimensions are 69" wide, 21" deep, 60" tall. The doors are about 17" wide, and that’s the space on either side of the cabinet you’ll need to fold them flat against it.
